Sunny Saturday

We spent our sunny afternoon at a HOT softball game. It was heavenly after all the freezing cold games we've had this spring. It was beautiful, think I even got a little sunburned. Maddie played great...here she is at bat
and playing 1st base.Then we had an early birthday celebration for Jack and I. Willie is back from his South America travels. Was fun to see photos and hear about his adventures.

We celebrated Jack's 85th birthday tonight as well as my birthday (a few days early) and Mother's Day with Jim's family. Apparently by the look of the cake on fire, we are getting old! Thanks again Jeannette for hosting!

Grammy's Birthday

We celebrated Grammy's birthday tonight with dinner at our place.
After eating birthday cake, we put Jack & Jeannette to work washing the dishes by hand because our dishwasher died.

The Big Game

Today was the big game against Emily & Morgan's team. It was so much fun. The best part was Maddie and Morgan had to guard each other. There was a lot of smiling and a lot of talking going on.

Grammy, Grampy & Miss Adams came for the big event. What a fun time.

50!

Tonight we celebrated Jack & Dianne's 50th wedding anniversary. A really fun night to celebrate this amazing couple, Jim and I can only hope to follow in your happy footsteps!

Perfect summer weather here today. We met at Jack & Dianne's for dinner after the boys played golf today. Peyton was especially loving Uncle Steve tonight!

Early Birthday

A wonderful dinner tonight at Jack & Dianne's to celebrate an early birthday for Jack & Jill...and also some landscaping for Mother's Day. Fun to be together. If only I had a picture of the dog fight, Steve's sore foot & Dianne's face when they showed her the landscaping plan! : )
